Dato’ Guna Mahalingam is based in Switzerland. He is the Founder & CEO of Strategic Swiss Partners AG (SSP), headquartered in Pfäffikon (Schwyz), Switzerland. An international entrepreneur and strategic business leader, he has more than 30 years of experience in investment, financial services, international business development, strategic partnerships and cross-border market access. He is the Honorary Consul of Malaysia in Zurich.
Through SSP, he advises and connects businesses, investors, financial institutions, family offices and strategic partners across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and other international growth markets.
Dato’ Mahalingam holds several senior board and advisory positions internationally. He serves as Executive Board Member of SwissCham Asia, Vice President of the World Business Chamber, Executive Board Member of the World Digital Chamber, and Advisory Board Member of the KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific.
He also serves as International Finance Expert at Singularity Academy in Europe and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Platinum Capital Management UK Ltd.
His work focuses on strategic leadership, international business development, investment and financial services, market access, strategic partnerships and building bridges between Europe and Asia, with particular emphasis on Switzerland, Malaysia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
He has received several national and international honors, including the Darjah Seri Sirajuddin Perlis (SSP) and Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (D.I.M.P.). He was also honoured with the ASEAN Outstanding Entrepreneur Excellence Business Leader Award at the ASEAN 2026 Forum.
